Lease Buyer
This position oversees the ordering and delivery process of leased vehicles for our internal clients and is responsible for providing reporting and administrative support to the Fleet Services team as well as superior service to our clients. The Lease Buyer/Analyst maintains daily contact with clients and provides exceptional support through professional verbal and written communication, with the goal of exceeding the client's expectations.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
*Act as a knowledgeable resource for Leasing vehicles to our internal customers. *Lead strategic initiatives that generate cost savings and process improvement while maintaining high levels of analytics thereby providing superior customer service to the field. *Work with our Leasing companies and outside banks to ensure we are getting the most beneficial terms and options for our operations. *Partner with Davey Fleet Services and subject matter experts to quickly and efficiently resolve customer inquiries. *Process vehicle orders and other various requests for equipment from customers. *Ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members. *Primary point of contact for customers needing information on Leasing and Lease Disposals *Assist the Fleet Services Team by preparing documents and materials for internal meetings and attend as requested. *Send various important lease documents and letters to the Fleet Management Team in a timely manner. *Handle all administrative duties as related to the support of Fleet Services.
